How do I make an order?

Add the product/s you wish to purchase to the shopping cart, and then follow the checkout process for payment and shipping options. Once that's done, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. 

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver anywhere within Australia and New Zealand.

I made a mistake with the delivery address, can I change it?

If you made a mistake with your delivery address or wishes to change it, you must contact us before your order is dispatched so we can send your order to the correct address. Once your order is dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address. You may be charged a re-shipping fee if the order is returned to our warehouse and we need to resend it to the correct address.

Who do you use for your delivery?

We use Australia Post for all our deliveries within Australia and to New Zealand. All our deliveries are tracked.

How do I track my order?

When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can easily find out the progress of your shipment. Please check your junk/spam inbox if you did not receive this email. 

The product I ordered is faulty, what do I do?
